Afrikans in Diaspora Radio (WAID-DB) is an independent internet radio station broadcasting from Cincinnati, Ohio — the voice of the African diaspora, streaming around the clock.
Our programming blends African music, heritage storytelling, news, and faith: Sunday Praises, PLO Lumumba Speaks, Travels in West Africa, First Light with D Swan, the daily Home and Abroad with Banjo and Marsheen podcast, Africa and diaspora news briefs eight times a day, a daily Verse of the Day, and a Feel Good Story for the drive home.
Our slogan: “Build where you are planted and let the world find you.”
